These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by VIZN Labs, LLC ("VIZN", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
The product is covered by its own agreement
These terms cover the website only. Use of the VIZN product, including pilots and subscriptions, is governed by a separate written agreement between your company and VIZN. If that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement controls.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- break the law or anyone's rights while using the site;
- try to get into parts of the site or our systems that are not meant to be public, or interfere with their security or operation;
- copy the site in bulk, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or reuse its content to build a competing product;
- misrepresent who you are or your connection with us.
What the site shows
The site describes VIZN for general information. Product screens show a fictional company with made-up data. Features, availability and integrations can change, and nothing on the site is an offer or a commitment to supply anything. What we provide is set out in a signed agreement.
Our name and content
The site, its text, design, images and video, and the VIZN name and logo belong to VIZN Labs, LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you no right to use them except to view the site. Other companies' names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to name systems VIZN is built to connect to. Their appearance does not mean those companies endorse or partner with us.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Links to sites we do not control are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, VIZN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the effective date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
